About ChillaRight
Problem
We are now more divided than ever in the United States, and the powers that be have decided that we should not get along with one another. Seeds of division and hate permeates in our society through the media and other organizations. ChillaRight strives to draw attention to and promote the current “right” perspectives that are more in-line with current thinking and reality.
Purpose
While ChillaRight is admittedly right leaning, I envision an all-inclusive virtual space where both like-minded, and not like-minded, folks can respectfully express ideas and opinions freely. Sometimes seeing raw expression of thought can help identify areas needing attention and clarification. In reality, very few of us live in the silos of the “right”, or the “left”. In the big continuum of any given issue, most all of us fall somewhere in the middle, For instance think of subjects like abortion, marriage equality, and border security can all have a plethora of differing takes and opinions. Rarely do we find those with views that are polar opposites.
Goals
· identifying what the rights views are and if they are still current;
· identifying if there is a concurrence, or a range of acceptable ideas;
· increase understanding, acceptance, and promotion of our self-identified “right” views;
· promote communication that is respectful to each other, and being able to step back from any issue and apply the “agree to disagree” principle as needed.
